This tall, coarse textured plant grows to 3-5 feet. The deep pink, almost purple flowers are formed in a globe or ball shaped cluster. This milkweed is the most common in Kentucky and can be found in fields and along roadways, growing in full sun to part shade. Another great attractant of butterflies!
